Racquetball
Learn new shots, serves, strategy, defense, offense and drills to perfect your game. If you are new, develop stroke fundamentals and learn court position. Get started the right way. Game analysis is also available. Bring a partner and have one of our staff critique your game. Play for 30 minutes and have someone evaluate your strenghts and weaknesses. Get advice on how to better your game.

YMCA Court Bookings
Racquetball courts may be reserved 48 hours in advance. There can only be one court booking during prime time (5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) with another member. The member's name must be noted on the court sign-up sheet. 

Challenge Court
Challenge Court is held ever weekday and weeknight from noon – 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. –  9:00 p.m. All levels are invited to compete in this fun and social atmosphere.

Meet Your Match
Sign up to play with someone who is at your level. Let us know what type of raquetball games you are looking for and we will do the search for you. This is a great way to meet fellow raquetball players.

High School Program
Beaverton Family YMCA has two exceptional high school raquetball teams, Beaverton High School and Southridge High School, that practice here during their season. Both teams have demonstrated great success over the years at the state and national tournaments.These practices run October through March. Days and practice times are determined at the start of each season.

Junior Program
Our Junior Program is for ages 6 through teens. The emphasis is on safety, sportsmanship, fitness, agility and fun, friendly competition.

Tournaments
The Beaverton Family YMCA hosted an adult ORA tournament Dec 5 – 9, 2007 and a youth OJRA tournament from Jan 13 – 15, 2007. We also hold in-house tournaments throughout the year as well as junior and high school tournaments. For more information, check the racquetball bulletin board located downstairs.
